RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every NORMAL REDEFINED piece is made to order, meaning your garment is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to the Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Every order is personally inspected before it’s packed to ensure it meets the standard I’d be proud to wear myself. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is a fault with your garment, please contact me within 7 days of receiving or collecting your order. Include your order number and clear photos so I can investigate and work with you to find the best possible resolution.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please get in touch and I’ll gladly help investigate with the shipping provider.
