Shipping

Every NORMAL REDEFINED piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as changes may not be possible once production has begun. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any costs associated with reshipping the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Local Collection

If you’ve selected Local Collection, you’ll receive an email once your order is ready to collect from 2B Nourished, Kapunda. Please wait until you receive this email before visiting expecting to pick up your order.

2B Nourished is kindly providing a collection location only and isn’t involved in the production, packing, fulfilment or customer service of NORMAL REDEFINED orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact me directly.

If you don’t collect your order within a reasonable timeframe, I’ll get in touch using the contact details provided at checkout.
