When will I get my order?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
Every order is personally pressed, quality checked, packed and shipped/ dropped off by me. Alongside running NORMAL REDEFINED, I also work full-time, so each order is carefully prepared outside of work hours.

Size Guide
All NORMAL REDEFINED garments are designed with a relaxed, oversized unisex fit. Please don’t order your usual size expecting a slim fit.
Fit
The CORE Hoodie is designed with an intentionally oversized streetwear fit.
- For the intended oversized fit, choose your usual size.
- For a slightly less oversized fit, consider sizing down where possible.
- Please compare the garment measurements below with a hoodie you already own for the most accurate fit.

- Chest: 66 cm
Size M
- Length: 72 cm
- Chest: 68 cm
Size L
- Length: 74 cm
- Chest: 70 cm
Size XL
- Length: 76 cm
- Chest: 72 cm
Size 2XL
- Length: 78 cm
- Chest: 74 cm
How to Measure
Chest: Measure across the garment from armpit to armpit.
Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
If you’re unsure, compare these measurements with a hoodie you already own.
Please allow for a 1–3 cm variation between garments.
Care
- Cold machine wash (30°C)
- Wash inside out with similar colours
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry on low
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Do not dry clean

Shipping
Every NORMAL REDEFINED piece is made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and tracking will be provided where available.

If you’ve selected Local Collection, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect from 2B Nourished, Kapunda.

Returns & refunds
Every NORMAL REDEFINED piece is made to order, so I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to the Size Guide before ordering.
Every garment is personally inspected before it’s sent. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving or collecting it with your order number and photos so I can investigate.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch and I’ll happily help.
